Vertical groups
We work with vertical groups (ages 0-4). A conscious choice that creates peace, continuity and connection. Babies, toddlers and preschoolers grow up together in a familiar group, with dedicated pedagogical professionals who guide them from the start of their childcare journey to their transition to school.
Children learn from and with each other. The youngest children look up to the oldest, and the older children develop caring and responsibility. This natural dynamic creates a warm group atmosphere where everyone feels seen and safe. For parents, this means no changes, but years of familiar faces, clear communication and a strong bond with the team.
Daily routine
Children thrive in an environment that feels predictable and familiar. That's why we work with a clear and loving daily routine. Eating, sleeping and exploring alternate naturally. Going outside is a fixed and important part of our daily routine. Within that routine, there's plenty of room for spontaneity. Because every child is unique and we carefully accommodate that.
